Had a nice quick lunch at ARUHI. Food was delish and super fresh. Friendly service tooโwould recommend!
The teriyaki chicken skewer changed my life. Tasted phenomenal - reminiscent of bak wa. Tempura prawn udon was also delicious. Only comment is that the size is smaller than competition in the area. But broth was light, delicious, well balanced, and udon was fresh and chewy. Was lovely sitting on the bar table overlooking Hay St.
This is by far the worst sushi takeaway Iโve ever had. The sushi was dry the rice was hard and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours, and the fish was not fresh at all, it had a strong smell that was really unpleasant. For the price they charge, I expected at least something decent, but this honestly felt like cheap leftovers thrown together. I also tried the Katsu Chicken Rice, and it was just as bad. The chicken was greasy, chewy, and mostly batter with hardly any meat inside. The rice portion was huge, but it didnโt help because the quality of the dish was so poor. The photos on their menu look nothing like what you actually get. Itโs misleading and honestly feels like a scam. I canโt believe they serve this kind of food to paying customers.
Fresh and delicious, I love this place. Excellent value for money too. Have bought lunch here so many times and never had a bad meal. Just had a Katsu chicken salad and it was so good I had to say something :D Theyโre amazing.
We had some chicken skewers, teriyaki chicken salad and kare chicken salad and gosh it was so delicious! The chicken was wonderful quality, crispy and the sauces were excellent. Salad and brown rice were so fresh and tasty. Shame we live in Sydney as this could easily become a regular place for us!
