Our new favourite sushi place!! The food was so fresh and the portions great. We made sure to come back twice during our 1 week stay here. The sushi rolls are a MUST TRY! Will be recommending to anyone who comes to Gold Coast!

Honestly, I had high expectations for this establishment, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. I am not a "gourmet" or a demanding person...I simply expect well prepared food and decent service. Unfortunately, this place failed on both counts. ​We waited an hour to be served, not because they were busy, but because they lost our order. Mistakes happen, but the lack of transparency and a sincere apology made the situation incredibly frustrating. Usually, if the food is great, you can overlook service issues, but the meal was a letdown as well. The chicken teriyaki rolls were tasteless and served cold, with the chicken being very dry. The salmon and avocado rolls were no better, and the rice was mushy and overcooked. I’ve been eating at sushi restaurants for years, and this was hands down the worst experience I've had. I hope this was just an off day... otherwise, I don’t see them staying in business for long... At least the atmosphere was good.

The food at Fuji Sushi is always fresh and delicious. The sashimi is top quality, and the staff are super friendly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Japanese food in Surfers Paradise!

Had a wonderful dinner in this authentic Japanese restaurant! Very cozy vibe with lovely jazz music! The waitress had good greeting and service with sweet smile! Highly recommend the beef yakisoba and the tatsuta avo roll, they were so yummy!

Wonderful Sushi Restaurant Located on Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise, Between Laycock and Clifford Streets. Beautiful Décor with indoor and outdoor dining options. Very friendly and welcoming service. Had the Baby Sushi Roll for Entree and the Lunch Bento Box with Teriyaki Beef. Taste, Presentation and Value were First Class !!
