Order: Chashu-Men Ramen Ice Peach Tea Total: $32 When you walk in, you're met with a modern fine-dining hall with a bar counter. It's designed equally for groups as well as solo eaters. Once you walk in, a waiter will find a table for you. The waiter serves you a free bottle of water and the food & drinks menu. When you're ready to order, just call or wait for the waiter to come to you. Today I ate during lunch time which is open between 12pm - 2:30pm. There weren't many people when I arrived but started to get busy by the time I left. Chashu-Men: Broth: Thin, creamy, porky with a hint of saltiness, smokiness and fried garlic Noodles: Firm and absorb the the broth well. Easy to chew and glides easily into your mouth. The egg is soft and runny yolk on the inside. The chashu neck was soft and melts in your mouth in a few bites but was a tiny bit dry. Pork belly was fatty but little dry but that's because I saved it for last. Personnel: The staff are quick and occasionally come ask for feedback on your order. Conclusion: I honestly didn't want to finish it because I couldn't stop myself if I let myself and I wanted try one of their in-house cocktails. Despite that, as I personally prefer Ramen with some spice and saltier broth. Nothing wrong on HaiHai's end, it's just my preference. My first impressions is that HaiHai's Chashu-Men is one of the best ramen 🍜 in Australia I've had. But nothing beats the ones I've had in Japan. Despite the pricer price, you get a big portion that will keep you full throughout the day. I highly recommend HaiHai's Ramen West End and will definitely return in the near future.
Came for my birthday. It is the best ramen I have ever had. I eat a lot of ramen. The sides are worth getting everytime. Outstanding
Consistently good… Never misses🫰🏾 It’s the kind of spot you almost don’t want to hype up too much cause you selfishly want to keep it to yourself… but it’s too good not to share. If you’re a matcha lover, a ramen fiend, or just someone who appreciates a guaranteed good feed, this place just wins every time. Service stay servnnnn👌
Amazing portions with amazing flavours. I’m not a corn lover but I’ll be coming back for the corn bites! My partner and I loved the vibe - the indoor decor and nods to Japanese films Staff were amazing and friendly If they add black garlic to their ramen toppings I’ll become a regular very quickly
who loves a good ramen feast like i do? 🙋🏻♀️🔥i was super intrigued about this spot as i kept seeing them on my feed and ooft- they serve up some seriously tasty dishes🤤✨they just opened their West End location recently so we trekked on over to check them out! what we got✨🍽️: 🍖chashu men tonkotsu 🔥miso spicy tonkotsu 🥟wagyu gyoza 💚fried brussels ✨crispy toppoki 🍸lychee slipper & white peach hai ball both our ramens were soooo rich and complex tasting, one sip of the broth and you know that it was a masterpiece hours in the making✨🤤the charred pork belly on mine was sooo juicy, and i love their chashu here, it’s different but in a good way🔥🍖the bowl was truly endless and we weren’t complaining🙂↕️ they also have a ton of sides to choose from, from wagyu gyoza, fried brussel sprouts and even crispy toppoki! what a range to choose from‼️don’t forget to grab a cocktail or two, they are dangerously strong🫨
