Good, cozy feeling place that serves solid food. Definitely one of the best in Hobart We had the combo, which was great value for money. Beautiful little ramen joint, bitey yet silky noodles with a deep rich broth. Pork Chasu was extremely delicate and disappeared with no effort. Had an edamame starter which had a lovely bit of seaweed on them. The black garlic Tonkotsu and Classic Tonkotsu are both highly recommended.

โRamen Barโ is apt: the light springy noodles complemented by the usual host of garnishes, a gooey ajitama, and beautifully charred chashu, all held together by the thick, rich bone broth that coats every strand of noodle. It might be the closest to an authentic Japanese ramen that we have tried here. The side dishes are fantastic as well, highly recommend the Renko crisps and handmade Gyoza. ๐ช๐ป
Hidden gem in Kingston. We were surprised there weren't more people there at 8pm on a Saturday night. The Tuna sashimi was the freshest most tender melt in your mouth tuna we have ever tasted. Very generous portions of all meals too. Absolutely delicious and affordable prices. Please support this small business
