Tuesday 16.12.2025 No queue when we arrived around 1.30pm. Shori greeted us and in few minutes we got our table. Food are delicious & good quality. Big portion for Abura Soba. Shori's friendly & attentive customer service made our dining hour very pleasant. 5% discount if pay with cash.
Finally tried Kajiken! We got seated quickly. We ordered the Roast Beef Aburasoba with onion sauce, yoghurt, fried onion and egg yolk โ the highlight of the meal. Perfectly balanced, super umami, and absolutely delicious. I devoured it so quickly and would come back just for this. We also had the Homura Aburasoba with minced pork, nori, bamboo shoots, green onion, chives, fish powder (niboshi) and egg yolk โ this one was average in comparison. The fried enoki was a great side and paired really well with the noodles. Overall, good food and efficient service. They also offer 5% off for cash payments, which is nice. My only concern is the card payment system โ it uses an online form that doesnโt feel very secure, and weโve unfortunately been scammed before through something similar. Would love to see a safer payment method for cards.
I visited Kajiken Abura Soba on George Street and really enjoyed the bowl. The noodles were chewy and flavourful, and the toppings were fresh and well-balanced. Mixing everything with the sauce gave it a rich, satisfying taste without feeling too heavy. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, making it an easy spot to stop by for a delicious meal. Iโd definitely come back.
This Japanese cold noodles are super delicious. The noodles are very chewy and the taste is very light. There are too many people queuing up. The business is booming. If you want to come, you can avoid meal times. You can choose the doneness of the egg. I like the runny egg and recommend it to everyone.
This restaurant is located around Chinatown, and it truly deserves all the attention it gets. The ramen here is absolutely delicious and has even been recognized by the Michelin Guide โ which is no surprise after tasting it. The prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of the ingredients and the craftsmanship that goes into every bowl. The ramen I tried had a completely new flavor that Iโd never experienced before. The broth was smooth and well-balanced โ rich but not too heavy, flavorful without being oily or salty. Every element in the bowl, from the noodles to the toppings, came together perfectly. It felt refined, comforting, and deeply satisfying. The gyoza and takoyaki were also outstanding โ served hot and freshly made, with crisp edges and juicy fillings. The beer was smooth and paired really well with the food. The restaurant itself is cozy with limited seating, so it can get quite crowded during peak hours. But the food and atmosphere make it worth the wait. Overall, this is one of the best ramen spots Iโve tried โ authentic, well-executed, and genuinely delicious. A must-visit if youโre in the Chinatown area.
