We arrived 10 minutes before closing, and he kindly agreed to serve us anyway. The service was impeccable and the ramen was absolutely delicious. It's been a long time since I’ve found a place that serves such good ramen!

As someone who loves Japanese cuisine, I’m really glad Kawa Ramen was the place I chose for my first ever ramen experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff are friendly, and the food was outstanding. The ramen had a rich, flavourful broth with perfectly cooked noodles, and the takoyaki was a standout — crispy on the outside, soft inside, and full of flavour. I left feeling satisfied and excited to come back and try more of their menu. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a genuine, comforting Japanese meal.

Secret Gem hidden in mount lawley! First time here and the ramen is brilliant, I got the black garlic ramen with pork. The broth is light but so flavourful and the garlic isn’t over powering. The service is amazing and we were offered noodle refills but we found the portion size decent. This is a must try! I can’t wait to come back 😋

Ordered the spicey miso ramen with pork chashu. Tasty broth, but seemed to me like a mix of miso with tonkotsu for that flavour and creaminess. Not sure if thats their recipe, perhaps the owner can verify. Noodles were fine and nicely chewey. Chashu tender. Overall, one of the better Ramens in Perth.

Super friendly staff, great warm vibe. Open kitchen so you can see the staff prepare your food. Really clean. We had the black garlic ramen and the soy ramen. Both top tier! Rich and filling, the noodles were also excellent. The takoyaki and karaage chicken were both fantastic. We had two ramen, two sides and drinks for 67$ which is really good value. Highly recommend
