A much needed, excellent new restaurant in Sandy Bay. The food is brilliant- all the ramens are delicious & authentic. The oyster ramen is to die for! A rich, creamy ramen that fills the belly, nourishes the soul & leaves you feeling satisfied with a big smile on your face. Great atmosphere too, staff were incredibly lively, friendly & attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you step through the door. This will be one of my new regular haunts for sure!

The ramen was amazing! The broth was super rich and flavorful, and the fried chicken was so juicy and crispy. Everything tasted perfect — totally worth trying!

Ambiance is great, simple furnishings, no clutter, staff are friendly and warm and most of all, the Ramen is legit! Newest Ramen place you have to visit! You have to try the Oyster Ramen! 💯 Tried a few ramen around Hobart but this one is on the TOP!

Just discovered a new ramen gem and I’m hooked! Their ramen is phenomenal the broth hits that perfect balance of creamy and rich without being too heavy. The noodles are springy and soak up every drop of that savory goodness. I’m crossing my fingers they add a spicy or garlic tonkotsu to the menu soon… that would be next-level!
