I've been shopping here for nearly 4 years. I buy stuff here over chain book/blu-ray stores to support this business, even if it costs more. My last visit made me feel pretty awful because I was being watched by staff, and when I asked if they wanted to check my bags on the way out they were like "actually, yeah..." as though they thought I actually shoplifted... I'm happy to show my bags as it proves I haven't shoplifted. It felt disappointing though to be thought of as suspicious after being a returning customer for years. I have severe social anxiety and enjoy browsing quietly by myself for extended periods of time. I like seeing if there's new or unexpected/more obscure stock that I could buy here rather than online. I don't buy something every time I visit because I can't afford to but I still want to be able to look? I carry big bags because I don't have a car and like to be able to carry personal items & shopping around comfortably. Another 'weird' thing I may have done was kneel on the floor to help an insect that was in distress on its back. I stood up and saw a staff member turning around from the back window after coming to see what I was doing. Like I've been coming here for years and I feel too uncomfortable and unwelcome to come back now. The staff here are lovely and I understand wanting to protect stock but this made me feel really crappy. I'm sorry if I have been a nuisance without realising it.

Pretty disgusted when they wouldn’t sell me Pokémon cards because I wasn’t one of their tournament players. Could not find a single pack anywhere in town, they had a full box sitting on the counter. Refused to sell them!! Guess the 6 year who misses out on their birthday should start playing tournaments to support his Pokémon habit

A great little gem in toowoomba for anime fans. Has plenty of figures, ichiban kujis, manga and other little anime knicks and knacks in there also not too bad for card game players has a couple options in there. The workers are always very nice and friendly to you which always makes the experience nicer.

Cool place for have a visit and buying anime stuff if you interested or already get into it. A variety of option for anime inside the store. Tons of Funko Pop, Ichibankuji and many more from different anime, you can get it here. Manga sections also offer a lot. You can buy the whole series like Attack on Titan, Demon Slayer and many more. Staff are very welcoming and greet all the customers with smile plus very helpful if you have any question in anime stuff. Keep up the good work and sure will visit again in future.
