Food was great, very authentic, the calamari was melt in your mouth, the octopus balls and pork belly with ginger rice bowling was fantastic, very reasonably priced too, definitely recommend eating here 😋

I’m unsure who is giving this place 4&5 star reviews! But it is truly the worst Japanese food I’ve ever had. We were a table of 4 and had the variations of rice bowels. They come with the smallest portion of protein which tastes dry and old with sickly sweet store bought sauces tipped on them. Served with more rice than the allowed for with tiny amount of protein. And some “garnish” salad leaves and a slice of cucumber. Overpriced and totally underwhelming. I also felt ill after eating the teriyaki salmon. I’m not sure how old it was, but it was dry and drenched in a teriyaki sauce to disguise it. There was no atmosphere to speak of but if the food was good it would make up for the lack of it. Sadly it didn’t. And as locals we will not be returning or recommending. We’ve had far better sushi and Japanese that’s fresh and tasty and served with care and attention, for much better value.

The best Japanese restaurant ever! Can’t get much better than this, the flavours and textures are so delicious, and the staff are always super super friendly and accommodating! Love it here :)

Best sushi I have ever had and the sweet spicy rice bowl was incredible, one of the best meals I've ever had hands down. Have came here again almost a year later and it's still incredible. Definitely deserves the amazing rating it has. Couldn't recommend a place more.
