Had a quick lunch at Omi Melb Cen and tried the unagi don, taste was great! Portion was generous and great value for the price. Only downside is the limited seating: indoors only have two seats, so you probably have to sit outside. Not the most spacious setup, but honestly, the food more than makes up for it.
