This is the first time we tried this fusion ramen shop - a combination of French and Japanese - very unique in Melbourne. We got the Rock lobster ramen which is very flavourful, the lobster with cheese is very tasty, perfectly cooked! Their new Beef rib ramen is so yummy, the broth is very tasty, and the beef rib is soft and the meat is falling off the bone!!!! We also got the pork gyoza and chicken karaage, and they are both really delicious! Overall, very unique and delish experience! Highly recommend!

Hubby and I had dinner here tonight - Friday. We ordered a selection of different meals (ramen, rice dish, side dishes) and all of them were great! Served hot and in a timely manner, and very flavoursome. The portions were generous in size and we left satisfied and happy. The waitresses were polite and efficient and the venue was clean and quiet too. Fully recommend and we will be back ๐Ÿ˜

Tried the Rock Lobster Ramen at Snow Monkey. The highlight was definitely the grilled cheese on topโ€”it gives the bowl a fantastic aroma the moment it arrives. The broth is very rich and flavorful, leaning more towards a deep shrimp bisque profile. The lobster portion was decent, and the meat was firm and fresh. Overall, it was a satisfying experience. I wouldnโ€™t mind coming back when craving a rich, seafood-heavy bowl of noodles. They also have high chairs, but no kids menu.

Never had a bad meal here, one of the better ramen offerings this side of town. Lobster bisque is a treat but any of the pork broth based dishes always hits the spot. No nonsense dining experience, staff happy to make a suggestion if needed.

Fusion ramen, expect the ramen to be different to traditional Japanese. The lobster ramen is something else, luxurious with excellent broth. The tonkotsu is interesting, the creamy colour is stunning. Both broths are quite light (clean), and whilst the lobster had cheese and egg and the fleshy rock lobster meat that balanced well with that, it felt the tonkotsu was missing that slightly heavier anchoring element. Perhaps consider ordering something fried from the menu. Small detail - we usually avoid baby corn except in this instance it was ok! Would have loved to see egg and nori in the shoyu bowls too, but otherwise the serving size was decent with chewy noodles (personal preference is these!). Food came out quickly. Cute interior with bar and table seating options.
