Amazing ramen experience. The broth was rich and well-balanced, noodles cooked perfectly, and the toppings were fresh and generous. Service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable — great for both casual meals and catching up with friends. Easily one of the best ramen spots around. Will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely delightful dining experience at this ramen restaurant. The broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, clearly simmered for hours with care. Snow Monkey Ramen is a great spot if you’re craving something a bit special. The cheese lobster ramen feels really luxurious, rich and full of flavour, and their tonkotsu ramen is also really nice with a deep, comforting broth. Don’t miss their special citrus sake – it’s a must try and pairs so well with the ramen. They also have tom yum soup ramen, which is a fun and interesting option if you want something different. Definitely worth a visit!

The cozy izakaya-style atmosphere is so nice with warm lighting and wooden furniture it feels like home🏮. The Tom Yum Ramen was my favorite perfectly spicy and sour with a rich flavorful broth and well-cooked noodles. The Black Garlic Ramen was also great with a savory rich broth and soft tender chashu. We also got a variety of side dishes all were amazing. The Karaage Chicken was juicy and crispy the Tempura Prawns were fresh and crunchy the Deep Fried Calamari was delicious and the Gyoza was crispy outside and juicy inside. The staff were attentive and helpful the food was delicious and the portions were generous. If you’re in Melbourne and craving ramen this is the place to go!

Visited Snow Monkey Ramen in Melbourne CBD today and was genuinely impressed! I ordered the Tom Yum ramen and the balance of sour, spicy and umami flavours was perfect — combining Southeast Asian spices with the richness of Japanese ramen. The noodles had great texture and were very satisfying. My friends tried different ramen flavours and everyone agreed the food was delicious and consistent. The restaurant was clean, cosy and the service was fast. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again. Highly recommended!
