This restaurant is simply a perfect option to enjoy high-quality food, with very generous portions, and where you’ll feel truly well taken care of by the service. The waitstaff provide a very friendly and personalized experience Shout out to Cailey. Not to mention that if you’re served by the owner Keneth, you’ll have an outstanding experience—one of the few restaurants where they genuinely care that everything is perfect and that the customer feels at home. My recommended dishes are the aburi salmon roll, spiced beef ramen, and chicken karaage. I’ve tried almost the entire menu since it’s my favorite restaurant in the city, and most of the dishes are very good, but without a doubt you can’t leave without ordering the ones mentioned if you come here.

We were so grateful they managed to squeeze us in during a really busy time — we honestly didn’t think we’d be able to get a table! The food was incredible from start to finish. The pork gyoza was absolutely delicious, the kingfish sashimi was fresh and beautiful, and the pork belly ramen was a 10/10… truly perfect. Service was quick, warm, and so friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in Tassie!

Used to my go-to place, After long time i went to dine in yesterday looks bit busy, looks like chef was taking the order serving the food props to him. We ordered salmon roll and 2 chasu ramen the roll was good but the ramen was terrible gave me diarrhoea so disappointed have to throw half bowl of ramen not coming back thank you!

I had a good time, service was exceptionally good. Server Ken, I guess. He was so polite, friendly and respectful. A true gem, customer focused. If even food was bad, I wouldn’t complain. That good. Really enjoyed the night

We had a wonderful dinner at Yuzuka, Moonah. definitely the best Japanese restaurant in Hobart! The food was fantastic! We had the Pork and Beef Ramen, Uramaki Tempura, and Sizzling Beef, and everything was served warm and absolutely delicious! Special mention to Kenneth, one of the servers, he really stood out with his exceptional dining etiquette and customer service was next to none! His warm and entertaining vibe made the experience even better. He is definitely an asset to the restaurant. Such a lovely guy!
